About these terms

These terms govern your use of nabarroconsulting.com, the website of Nabarro Consulting. The website is operated by David Nabarro, trading as Nabarro Consulting, an autónomo registered in Spain and based in Mallorca. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this website is

The website provides:

• Information about Nabarro Consulting and its work in family-office philanthropy operations
• A self-assessment tool that produces tailored operational recommendations
• A way to book a call to discuss the recommendations or other consulting matters
• A small set of supporting pages (about, privacy, terms)

The site is provided for informational and exploratory purposes. Nothing on the site forms a consulting engagement. Engagements are formed only by a separate written agreement.

Using the self-assessment

The self-assessment generates recommendations from the answers you submit, using an AI model. Some things to know:

• The recommendations are a starting point for a conversation, not professional advice. They are not legal, tax, regulatory or financial advice, and should not be relied on as such.
• The output is generated from a small set of multiple-choice answers and reflects general patterns across the family-office philanthropy domain. It is not a comprehensive review of your operation.
• The quality and relevance of the recommendations depends on the accuracy of the answers you provide. Honest answers produce a more useful read.

If anything in your recommendations doesn't match how your operation actually runs, the call is the place to talk it through.

Booking a call

The site offers a 30-minute call booking via Cal.com. The call is exploratory: a conversation about your operation and what might or might not be useful, not a sales pitch and not the start of a paid engagement. No engagement is formed by booking or attending the call.

Acceptable use

When using the site, please:

• Don't try to extract, reverse-engineer or interfere with the underlying systems (the AI prompts, the assessment scoring logic, the email infrastructure)
• Don't submit deliberately false or abusive content
• Don't use automated tools to scrape content or submit assessments at scale
• Don't impersonate another person when booking a call or contacting us

We reserve the right to limit, suspend or refuse access to anyone using the site abusively.

Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, layout, design, the assessment itself, the recommendations format) is owned by Nabarro Consulting and protected by copyright. You can:

• Read, share and link to the site freely
• Quote short excerpts with attribution

You should not:

• Reproduce or republish substantial portions of the site without written permission
• Resell, repackage or commercialise any of the content
• Pass off the assessment or its recommendations as your own work

Third-party services

The site uses third-party services (Anthropic, Resend, Convex, Cal.com, Netlify) to operate. When you book a call via Cal.com or follow a link to LinkedIn, those providers' own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to keep the site running, the recommendations useful, and the third-party services functioning, but we do not warrant that the site will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nabarro Consulting and David Nabarro will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental or special losses arising from your use of the site
• Any decisions taken in reliance on the recommendations without independent professional advice

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca.

If you are a consumer in another EU country, this clause does not affect your rights under the consumer protection law of your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will change the Last updated date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page for a reasonable period.
